Stephen has been bending computers to his will since his father brought home a Commodore VIC-20 (circa 1982). Programming and it’s sense of order … it just felt right. He did not consider working with computers as a career until he used a Mac Classic II to run his Massage Therapy Clinic (circa 1997). Taking notice of the emerging ‘world wide web’, he attended ITI in Halifax, NS – graduating with Distinction in the Top 5% of his class.
He has survived Y2K; witnessed the highs and lows of the dot com bubble; worked with a variety of ‘IT’ companies, ranging from fantastic development teams to magazine managers who changed the focus of the company based on article written in Time. Currently working as a web application developer for a department of the Federal Government, Stephen continues to seek out new technologies and programming languages for the sole purpose of making the machine reach the potential hidden inside it.
